Corrections
What happens when something on this site turns out to be wrong. The short version: it gets fixed, and the fix is written down rather than hidden.
How corrections work
Every reference page carries a published date and a last-checked date, and every source carries the date its record was last opened. When a source is re-checked and something has changed, the record and the date change together.
When a page has said something incorrect, the page is corrected and the correction is recorded in the project history with what was wrong and why. Material corrections are noted below rather than left for a reader to notice.
Corrections made so far
September 2026: several compound pages cited a clinical trial registration as evidence that a trial was under way. A check of everything registered by that sponsor returned a group of records sharing a single site and completion date, one of which carried the words "Mock Study" in its own title and another of which reused the title and internal study code of a trial a different company had completed and published years earlier. Trial registry entries are supplied by sponsors and are not verified by the registry. The affected pages were corrected: the records are still shown, with a caution explaining what is in them, and the claims that had rested on them are now marked unverified.
Reporting something
If something here is wrong, it should be possible to say so, and it should reach someone.
If something here is wrong, say so: info@pepcaddie.com. Point at the page and, where you can, at the source you think it misreads, and it will be checked against the primary record.
